Khanum Bala (Vaziri), the daughter of the late Nayib Quli and the wife of Aqa Mirza Aqa Kani, sells part of her property from an orchard and farmland located in the village of Kan to her brother, Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan (Vaziri), for thirty tumans. The contract includes a revocation clause.

Raziyah Buluri's testimonial, 1952
Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi is asking for the testimony of those who are aware of a transaction between her and her brother, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri. She claims that she put up one of her houses on April 30, 1921 to take a loan of six thousand tumans for her brother, who wanted to buy a car after his coffee shop was closed. Since he could not pay back the loan in time, she had to get another loan to pay back the first one. Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri has not given his sister any receipt and has now sold the car and moved away.

Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.
